A wonderful cerebral exercise, and is also addictive and fun. There are some load times between scenes, the mapboards are not large, but this game is well done.

Accessible enough that people who don’t normally play computer games should be able to enjoy it, since it works better as an interactive version of the television show than as an adventure, and veteran gamers might like it as well, since it’s well made and different than other games out there.

Realistic graphics, good voice-overs featuring the stars of the show, a simple interface and point and click set-up and gameplay that doesn't leave you pulling your hair out come together beautifully.

Fortunately the interface is not only simple to use but is very powerful. It never gets in the way and is always ready for you to access.

If you're a fan of the show, like me, this may be a "required purchase" for you. If you are more of an adventurer, looking for complexity and character-related puzzles, as well as decent length (more than seven hours), then CSI will likely disappoint.

The problem is the game moves at an unreal rate and is extremely easy to get through. Most will easily finish the game with little difficulty as the linear style of the game makes the puzzles simple and require little thought to figure out.

The game's biggest problem though is its paltry length... In the end, CSI is lots of fun for fans of the TV show, and is a decent adventure game in its own right.

If you love the show, then you'll probably enjoy the game. Other gamers will probably find it too simple and too short.

Too easy and too short, CSI's only noteable aspect is the authentic voice acting and recognizable name.

CSI is quite a fun game and will keep you busy detecting and collecting evidence. Considering the intricacies of these actions the interface is very well designed and the individual stories are interesting and typical CSI fare.

The story lines, dialog, and cutscenes in the game effectively emulate the characteristics and nuances that have made the television component so captivating to watch. On the other hand, the gameplay isn't as deep as it could have been.

The game falls short of its potential, serving more as a sort of interactive blueprint for a few decent episodes that would probably be more entertaining on TV.

The bonus crap isn’t worth it, unless you want to see a character through stages of weight loss or areas with Martha Stewart remodeling before they were added into the game.

It's too shallow for gamers, and the stars' lackluster effort may disappoint the show's fans.

CSI has a good premise, good tools, and good scenarios for an adventure game, but the developer clearly tried to make CSI accessible for a wide audience and in the process also removed all challenge from the game.

If you're a big fan of the show, not a big computer gamer, and not that bright, then this game is well worth your time and money.

CSI’s flawed and thoroughly unremarkable showing makes it yet another game destined to join the long list of inconsequential game adaptations you’ll find currently residing at the bottom of the bargain bin.

Fans of the show will enjoy it as a quick diversion; hardcore adventure fans will definitely not get their money's worth.

As an adventure, CSI should be considered DOA -- its gameplay, clueless.
