The livestream codes for Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.1 are now available. They will be released alongside the special program introducing the first major update to miHoYo’s latest action-gacha. If you're new to miHoYo, or unfamiliar with the games, each new version has a livestream that shows off new characters and events. It also includes limited-time code you can redeem for Polychrome to encourage you to watch.
In this version, it appears that the new characters will be Qingyi Jane Doe and Seth Lowell. Qingyi is likely to have been introduced in the chapter 3 storyline. She's Zhu Yuan’s partner and a member of New Eridu Public Security. Seth Lowell is also from the same faction but not much else is known about Jane Doe and him.

How to redeem ZZZ codes
You can redeem your ZZZ Livestream codes in two ways. To do so, you must complete Inter-Knot level five, and complete Business x Strangeness x Justness's prologue tutorial quest.
Once you've done this, you can redeem codes within the game:
- Launch Zenless Zone Zero
- Open the main menu within the game
- Select the More option
- Click on the Redemption Code
- Enter the code in the box and click redeem
- Redeem your rewards at the mailbox

- Log in to the account you use to play the game
- Select your server region
- Copy the code and redeem it.
- Grab rewards from your mailbox within the game
