If I lived in the US, I would buy this 32-inch 4K gaming screen right now

This monitor was already "the affordable 4K Gaming Monitor to beat" according to our Gigabyte M32UC Review, but a limited-time discount makes it even better. I regularly check out the best deals on gaming monitors every week and I'm used seeing this screen in stores. However, it was sold-out everywhere except Best Buy where it is available for $500 until November 1.
It's true that the Gigabyte won't be the top choice for those looking for the best HDR experience. With only HDR 400, it's not fantastic. The 4K screen is still great, even though it's not as bright as the competition. Its LED screen, with a response time as low as 1 ms, and FreeSync Premium, is perfect for all types of games, whether they are slow, methodical strategy games or super-fast twitch shooting games.
The 32-inch screen is big enough to be a main monitor but not so large that you need a second desk. The stand is not as good as the screen but it's still a hub. It has a display port and two HDMI ports as well as one USB Type C and four USB 3.2s. You can charge all of your devices and run your entire system through it.
Before you commit to a 4K display, it's important to note that you should only do so if your PC is powerful enough to run 4K games or if you plan to upgrade to 4K in the future. If your PC is powerful but you don't plan to push it too hard, 4K resolution may be overkill.
The M32UC was launched two years ago and it no longer beats out the competition as much in terms of price. This healthy price drop makes it one of the best budget options for 4K in its price range. It's well worth upgrading your HD monitor to if you own a rig that can take advantage of it.
