I'm using my nearly 20 years of experience as a PC gaming technology vet to serve the best Cyber Monday gaming offers. It's vet, not veteran.
We saw some cheaper RTX-4060-powered gaming computers on Black Friday, but all are out of stock. There are cheaper options on the market right now, but none with a specification that I am as confident in as this Yeyian PC.
Another Yeyian Tanto Gaming PC is available for $750 from Newegg. It comes with the Core i513400F, which has a 10-core and 14-thread. This budget gaming PC is a great machine, and I'm sure you've heard a lot about Intel's problems with the 13th and 15th Gen chips. But as long as your mobo BIOS is updated (which you should do anyway), you won't have any issues.
One of the Cyber Monday gaming laptops I mentioned is actually the best value RTX-4070 machine I've seen. I've worked all hours for the past week so my brain may be a bit mushy, but I can't recall seeing another RTX gaming laptop at this price. Best Buy is offering the HP Victus 16 for just $930 today. Seriously.
Nothing really stands out as being a major feature. The RTX 4070 is either a 115 W or 120 W TGP so it should be pretty performant. You also get 16 GB of DDR5 RAM, which is plenty fast. The 512 GB will be an issue in the future, but luckily the Victus 16 comes with a spare M.2 slot under the rear case. You can then add a 1 or 2 TB drive as and when needed.
This is the cheapest RTX gaming laptop I've seen on sale. The RTX 4070 doesn't have a low spec, but it is a 115W version. The only thing I'm worried about is that the 512GB SSD will fill up quickly. However, there is a second SSD available in the laptop's back. The screen isn’t super bright either, but with 300 nits, it’s fine unless you’re in a bright environment or under direct sunlight." data-widget-type="deal" data-render-type="editorial">
Right. Let's get it.
