This RTX 4080 Super Gaming PC is less expensive than similar builds on October Prime Day.

$2,399.99 Newegg: $1,949.99 (Save $450) This ABS rig is a great gaming rig for under $2,000, with a powerful graphics card that rivals the RTX 4090. It also comes with a CPU designed for gaming and 32 GB DDR5 RAM. It should be able to handle any game that you throw at it. The only sacrifice is the 1TB of storage. However, this can be easily upgraded in the future. There's not much to dislike.

There are still some great deals to be had, even though we're in the twilight period between big shopping seasons. This ABS gaming computer, for example, is cheaper than any RTX 4008 Super builds we saw at this year's Prime Day.

The RTX 4080 Super has the best performance on the market, barring the RTX 4090. This ABS Kaze Ruby isn't just a great graphics card. It has a stellar set of specs all around.

We're talking about faster DDR5 memory than what is included in most builds under $2,000 - and that's 32 GB! - as well as a CPU which, while not as powerful as the Core i7-14700K, still has a high-end feel to it and is very capable for gaming. You'll also get a 1000 W PSU that is Gold-rated, which (again) is better than most builds under $2,000

For those who don't know, ABS is Newegg’s own brand. So, if you're worried about it not having the stamp of a more reputable PC manufacturer, then don't be. ABS is a brand you can trust if you can trust Newegg.

What does all of this horsepower translate into? You're now getting close to flagship gaming performance, again, barring rigs containing RTX 4090. This means you can play any game in 1440p or even 4K at maximum settings. This includes all the Nvidia bells, whistles, and features such as DLSS or great ray tracing.

The 32 GB DDR5-6000 RAM and Ryzen 7-7700X combo will allow you to handle multitasking tasks (browsers and music, for example) as well as some moderately intensive productivity duties. If you're a professional and need to run CPU- or RAM intensive software, you may want to choose a CPU with more cores. The 7700X can't keep pace with a modern Intel i9 for example.

You'll also want to add a second SSD at some point, as 1 TB can fill surprisingly quickly these days. You don't have to worry, as the motherboard can accommodate a second M.2 PCIe 4.0 SSD. This allows you to add the best SSD for gaming whenever you want.
