The controls and action are both pitifully executed, and the graphics and sound won’t make up the difference.

When you consider the Army Men franchise's extraordinary commitment to ordinariness, then it shouldn't be a surprise that the game is so utterly banal.

Somehow, regardless of genre, the franchise manages to wither whatever it touches.

The pace of the game is slow enough to serve as a cure for insomnia.

Ouch. Now, this one is painful.

Another key difference between Green Rogue and other games in the genre is the CONSTANT scrolling of the levels, which can be annoying.

Hmmm...step on a landmine, play Green Rogue. Landmine, Green Rogue...Ah! Landmine it is!

Some of the worst gameplay I've ever had the misfortune of laying eyes on, and the entire look and feel of the game is seriously lacking.

The only real plus, is the lighting effects from explosions. The overall package is pretty ugly though, which is a shame.

A game that can only generate slight indifference.

It's the fighting that lacks the real charisma of yesterday, or today for that matter.

Seldom has a videogame bored, depressed and insulted me the way "Army Men: Green Rogue" did.

Someone needs to recycle this plastic and make something more useful, like a toilet paper holder.
