Bad Piggies is awesome, and needs to be a part of your iOS game collection just as much as the rest of the Angry Birds series. Rovio nails the same accessibility of the Angry Birds games while taking the franchise in a direction that feels both totally fresh and entirely appropriate.

Bad Piggies is a fun game that offers lots to do, though it definitely offers a different kind of experience next to Angry Birds. It's more difficult, for one thing, and slower, and requires a bit more thought and strategy.

Bad Piggies doesn't just feel like the next logical step forward for a developer like Rovio, but the next step forward for the physics-puzzler genre itself as players engineer their own solutions and use them to succeed, no matter how whacky they may seem.

Bad Piggies is pretty darned flawless, when I think about it.

The creative slant makes for a far more interesting game than the original “crash into various structures” formula. With over 400 levels divided in three chapters, over 60 sandbox levels and rewards for collecting hidden skulls, Bad Piggies is packed with a serious amount of content making it the perfect game to spend as little as five minutes or upwards of two hours with.

Bad Piggies is the best title Rovio has released yet, eclipsing Angry Birds Space.

Bad Piggies is just about everything you could want in a new game from Rovio. It maintains that same level of "I can almost figure this out!" challenge that Angry Birds offered, plenty of personality, and basics so easy that a kid could master them.

Though it's not simple and fast-paced as Angry Birds, Bag Piggies is a real blast, an action puzzle game with a very deep gameplay and plenty of levels.

Bad Piggies twists the Angry Birds concept to make it unique, different and fun: creating devices. It will keep us playing for a ling time, trying to get all the stars and secrets. Rovio has promised free updates to improve it little by little, so Bad Piggies is indeed an app we have to recommend.

Bad Piggies is certainly more challenging than the Angry Birds games that came before it. A three year old can play Angry Birds, but without at least a rudimentary grasp of basic physics Bad Piggies will be an exercise in frustration.

The depth of puzzles and creative building aspect will keep players hungrily coming back for more.

Matching the success of Angry Birds while introducing a new concept seemed like an impossible task for Rovia, but they succeeded with Bad Piggies. It combines that 'I'll-quickly-play-a-game'-feeling with challenging 'build-and-reach-the-finish-line'-puzzle gameplay. It's funny, addicting and last but not least: it doesn't have any birds in it.

Overall, Bad Piggies merits a four-star rating, especially as a relatively small tweak in the number of mechanics dished out for free would reduce the frustration factor.

Bad Piggies is creative, addictive, and absolutely packed with content. It might be Rovio's best game yet, but we can't help noticing it all feels a little too safe and predictable.

A nice departure from the bird-slinging concept that delivers in almost every aspect.

The word 'design' is at the heart of why I love Bad Piggies, I honestly felt in many levels that I was not simply discovering the developers' solution. Rather, I felt that I had designed my own. The developers placed intelligent limits on the player's independence, but give the player enough room to feel ownership of their accomplishment.

It's a more methodical game than Angry Birds, requiring thoughtful planning and pinpoint timing, but in many ways that also makes it a more enjoyable game than its predecessor.

Now it's time for the reign of pigs. After hordes of Angry Birds games and merchandise, this puzzle game is definitely something totally new. Only a pig can understand the beauty of hydraulics.

A distraction for Angry Birds aficionados, but a clucking frustration otherwise.

Bad Piggies is a promising start. Like the jury-rigged craft, how far it goes will depend on what its creators choose to add.
