One of the best coin-op collections ever produced, not just in terms of the games included but the excellent presentation and range of options.

Capcom Arcade Stadium is a staggeringly good port of many solid games, breathing new life into them with unique challenges and through a robust suite of difficulty options. It’s a great way to experience these games no matter your skill level, and offers so much variety that I just kept coming back for more.

Even without a museum to sate that historian interest, Capcom Arcade Stadium is a fantastic compilation. The game list has a nice mix of familiar classics and hidden gems, with the usual quality of life touches, rotating special challenges to keep things fresh, and charming, nostalgic presentation. It’s also the collection that finally brought the bullet hell masterpiece Progear to console, and that alone is worth the price of admission.

Capcom Arcade Stadium is simply one of the best arcade compilations out there for its vast assortment of excellent games alone. Throw in a gorgeous presentation and comprehensive leaderboards and you're left with one must-have collection.

While I did miss the classic cabinets in each title, there are still plenty of frames and other display options to choose from. Next to an actual arcade, Capcom Arcade Library will give you the retro gameplay you’re looking for and may even save you a few quarters along the way.

Capcom does not dust off its classics here because they have never lost
their shine. The collection of thirty-two games that we find here has
always been an eternal present. Young people will also find the interest of
the challenges and the online ranking. Arcade Stadium is a very attractive
compilation that knows how to expand its legacy.

Perhaps one of the best modern compilations of arcade classics, Capcom Arcade Stadium brings a handful of timeless masterpieces together inside a nice frame. The lack of extra content and some prestigious absences may be its small flaws.

One hell of a compilation, with new challenges and lots of customization options. But Capcom should let us buy the games one by one also.

While Capcom Arcade Stadium is a good collection, having everything broken into packs, the weird sound issues on some games and the omission of some US versions take a few points away from it being perfect. The Class System and the online leaderboards are OK, but I think online co-op would of been a better choice in that area. Also, I feel the currency earning system (CASPO) could have been used for more like unlocking art galleries and music tracks. Still even with those little speed bumps, Capcom Arcade Stadium is a fine collection of classic games that many people will enjoy. I can recommend this to any classic arcade fan looking for an old school challenge or someone who wants to get acquainted with Capcom’s colorful past.

What keeps Capcom Arcade Stadium of having a perfect score, is the lack of Online Multiplayer and certain beloved games, that would otherwise elevate this title to new heights. That said, it's an excellent trip to the past, with a good amount of content and tons of replayability. Certainly, a way of reminding us old-schoolers why we loved Capcom in first place and how empty our wallets were due to their arcade dominance. The Nintendo Switch received another great entry to its already big roster.

Capcom Arcade Stadium is not the first (and likely not last) compilation of classic Capcom games, but this is one of the better ones they’ve put out. In addition to a great and diverse library of games, the various display options with difference screen sizes and arcade cabinet boarders along with the ability to adjust the game settings shows that the development team put a lot of work into making this collection as enjoyable of an experience as possible. With several different game genres and a mix of the well known and obscure, Capcom Arcade Stadium is easy to recommend to any fan of classic arcade games.

While definitely a niche title, Capcom Arcade Stadium is perfect for those looking for a classic arcade experience. It’s a wonderful old-school arcade simulator featuring 32 different titles with a ton of options to adjust everything from visual appearance to in-game settings. Local multiplayer and online tournaments and leaderboards keep you engaged and make this worth every token.

Capcom Arcade Stadium is the best way to play a few of Capcom’s arcade classics. It’s clear a lot of love went into making sure these games were emulated perfectly and to recreate the atmosphere of a bustling arcade. Whatever you want to play here, you can’t go wrong.

Overall, Capcom Arcade Stadium is a very good package filled with brilliant games, each updated with modern functionality. It doesn’t rival the quality of original hardware or the likes of M2’s sublime individual ports of arcade masterworks as seen with the release of Esp.Ra.De Psi, but at £30 for 32 games, it is well worth the price, warts and all.

Capcom Arcade Stadium isn’t flawless. It could definitely be more complete, but the 32 games on display here still offer a pretty great slice of gaming history. As examples of their genres, it’s amazing how well most of these games still hold up while serving to vividly illustrate just how much gaming has changed since.

Beautifully presented retro collection with a great game selection and modern comfort. But almost every title was included in other Capcom collections.

Capcom Arcade Stadium includes 32 of Capcom's best titles from the mid-'80s to 2001 in a must-have pack for arcade nostalgia, but with new features any fan will love.

Similar to the publisher's previous compilations, Capcom Arcade Stadium is a feature-rich collection of above-average arcade classics. The lack of true online play stings, but there are still a wealth of options for vets and newcomers alike to sink their teeth into.

Capcom Arcade Stadium is a really cool collection of games from the past. All of the games can be played together with friends. There really is only one downside and that's the fact you can't play together online.

All in all the Capcom Arcade Stadium is a lovely little package. Whether you are an old-timer like me who reminisces over their mis-spent youth, or someone who would like to explore the earlier days of gaming, Capcom’s legacy as a maker of fine arcade games is here for all to see.
