The transportation of this puzzle genre to a handheld system borders on flawless, and experienced players will really appreciate the depth of the options that are presented.

If you have a PSP and want some Sudoku on the go, this is a great way to get your fix.

The numbers are big so you don't have to squint, and mistakes can be erased with a button press. Simple and addictive.

Carol Vorderman’s Sudoku offers over one million puzzles to solve and a variety of modes, but fails to feature Vorderman to any significant degree.

Now, I won't lie to you: I wanted to rip this game to pieces! However, while Carol Vorderman's Sudoku is essentially a certified lesson in chronic needlessness and boasts aesthetic values on a par with a can of corned beef, it still does everything it promises to do - it provides a good, solid game of Sudoku, comprising almost endless puzzles for players of all skill levels, with plenty of different modes, going above and beyond the call of duty in that respect, providing game types and even multiplayer modes that you won't see in other Sudoku games.

Compared to the most popular sudoku that has appeared on a console so far, Brain Age for DS, Carol Vorderman's Sudoku presents a more serious approach and is especially designed for hardcore sudoku fans -- never doubt their existence.

Carol Vorderman’s Sudoku is a good game for the PSP that offers a ton of gameplay options to keep you busy. If you’re looking for a Sudoku game then look no farther then Carol Vorderman’s Sudoku.

It's hard to knock this package, considering it does what it sets out to do, and does it pretty well.

Rejecting flashy production in favour of appropriate use of the hardware's tech, Carol's Sudoku is a strong PSP showing for the craze.

If you love Sudoku then this is the game for you, but I really don’t see why you wouldn’t go out and buy a Sudoku book ($3.00) and a pencil ($0.25) and save yourself some money.

But in the end, it’s just freaking sudoku. And the inclusion of one MILF-ish brit doesn’t go a long way towards making the whole package more attractive.
