While perhaps not as deep as "Civilization," the game still manages to entertain you and keep your interests high.

A fun and addictive game that people who enjoy tabletop games like Risk will no doubt get a kick out of and will more than likely sink multiple hours of their life into.

While some gamers will be turned off by a “watch helplessly” battle mode, many others will enjoy the intriguing and thoughtful combat design elements incorporated into Chariots of War.

May be an improvement on "Legion," and it may focus on an often-neglected part of history in the early Near East civilizations, but there are better options out there if you enjoy historical strategy games like these.

A good idea waiting to be fully realized and simply needs more depth to compete with the competition.

There always came a rather abrupt moment when city management turned from a challenge into a chore, and the sameness of the battles made it hard to sustain the illusion of waging a genuine "campaign."

Though it's better than "Legion," Chariots of War still suffers a severe lack of depth. Any sense of sophistication or intensity found in the game is merely superficial.

A good introductory game to the genre but if you've already been introduced it might feel more like an unwelcome guest.

There aren't any significant improvements over the original; it's essentially the same old enchilada.
