With a creepy, excellent story and perfectly paced, complex action, Undying oozes freaky atmosphere.

A truly fantastic game and quite possibly one of the greatest games of all time...it really must be seen to be believed. Get your shoes on, buy yourself a good supply of new pants (underwear for our American readers) and pick this one up today!

This is the only game I have played where Depends ™ should be in the System Requirements. There are more "leave a stain on the upholstery" moments in the first chapter of this game than in most horror/flasher flicks.

A great game that does an incredible job of bringing the player into its world. Just don't play it alone late at night.

It combines an atmosphere that will have you changing your shorts at least twice per playing session with beautiful visuals and balanced gameplay that requires some actual thinking to make it through successfully.

Superb graphics, truly impressive sound effects, and fast-paced, enjoyable action sequences. The entire game is very atmospheric and a lot of fun to play.

Utilizing an enhanced version of the Unreal engine complete with a custom particle system (among the other additions,) the game is quite simply breathtaking – probably one of the best visual uses of the engine to date.

I felt a kind of primal fear playing it through that I have not ever had before with a computer game, and it is truly a horror fan's most delectable nightmare.

Combines an engaging story with some fantastic visuals for one fright-filled frolic through evil. Check it out if you've got the patience for lots of level loading.

I can't think of a game that's made me feel so much suspense and freaked me out as much. If you're looking for a deep, chilling shooter with a lot of weapon and spell variety, you should be very happy with, as well as horrified by, Clive Barker's Undying.

FPS fans will be delighted, as will adventure game fans, horror genre fans and the generally quest-obsessed. On that note, if you decide to get this game, load it up, turn off the lights, crank the speakers and enjoy ... BOO!

A game definitely worth buying. Good story, good level design, and great graphics all make for one hell of a ride.

So lock those doors, close those windows and prepare yourself for something a little more involving, and a whole lot more terrifying.

Linear gameplay can be a turn off… AI glitches. Ineffective spells, needs more weapons (relative con's - it's a matter of taste).

Coupled with the nearly perfect atmospheric music and sound, the game does have its moments of true fright.

The combination of magic and weapons is unique and, meshed with excellent graphics and sound, makes this a game a winner.

The architecture is incredibly designed, ranging from vast, open structures to dark, claustrophobic corridors. The story is intriguing. Its deep, unexpected twists and turns will draw players deep into the game, delivering a rich experience.

More than an impressive atmospheric shooter, but any in-depth work that was done to develop a unique and captivating plot for Undying can too conveniently and too easily be ignored or disposed of.

The horror aspect is pulled of very well, and you'll find yourself jumping out of your seat often.
