No interaction with the environments, lackluster enemy AI, and somewhat boring gameplay, results in a short and awkward title. The game felt like it had some potential, but there were too many areas that needed work. Multiplayer is solid however.

While the online play is merely average at best, its single-player play, as well as its overall production values, present themselves as seriously subpar.

Simply put, it lacks innovation. The developers seemed satisfied creating a generic shooter with the most rudimentary gameplay.

While Groove Games' nameless soldier won't dethrone Master Chief anytime soon, an online sortie every now and then could be just what the field doctor ordered.

In its defense, the enemy AI is more intelligent than ones in your average shooter. If they were any more intelligent they would pick up and find a better game to play in. I advise you to do likewise.

This level of sub-mediocre FPS boredom isn't even close to worth its $20 price point.

From the lackluster graphics to the terrible enemy AI, the crappy single-player and the generic online play, this game doesn't offer anything you haven't seen before.

Yes, Combat: Task Force 121 is a budget title, but the low price factor can't excuse it from being so poorly developed... especially when stacking up to other budget titles like "Phantom Dust" & "Scrapland."

Cheap games don't have to be devoid of imagination, and Combat has no excuse for stapling together a bunch of tired cliches and calling it a bargain.
