If you own C&C TW, buy this as it will be the best money you put on your PC.

KW does just about everything you'd want an expansion to do. If only it came with a replica of Kane's helmet, it'd be perfect.

It exhibits the same sense of polish and depth that made the original Tiberium Wars such a classic.

Simply put, Kane's Wrath is an expansion pack done right.

The addon is huge and offers new factions, units and special abilities. It's hard to understand why there are dozens of new units, but only a few of them are actually playable. But the missions are fun to play, even though the campaign is too short and lasts only for about eight hours. As far as multi-player is concerned, Kane's Wrath does everything right.

A very satisfying expansion that adds in very fun and powerful units as well as a fun new game type.

A good add-on disk with a lot of content but zero surprises. Main campaign is far too easy.

With a huge load of content comes unforgiving difficulty and complexity. Challge seekers inquire within.

As a story-player I enjoyed Kane’s Wrath mainly because it finally closed some gaps in the storyline. But there is much left for those who enjoy multiplayer more: Be it the new subfractions or the global conquest mode, they all make buying Kane’s Wrath worth your money.

Kane's Wrath is undeniably good value, but it is a bipolar expansion. While the campaign mode is at times unbalanced and blood-pissingly annoying, the Global Conquest mode is hours of the finest strategy action I've ever played.

The global conquest mode is a much needed fresh breath of air in the series, but sadly it fails to deliver.

For some, Global Domination won’t be a real challenge, seeing as it’s not a multiplayer mode, but a skirmish one, against the AI. For others, Global Domination will increase the add-on’s replay value, especially if they’re fed up with the LAN and Online matches, where you can still find cheaters and players that prefer to disconnect rather than lose a game.

Kane's Wrath brings the challenge of C&C 3 to a new level with new over-the-top units and an equally overblown campaign. The expansion improves on C&C 3 in every critical area while keeping up the game's fast and furious pace. The Global Conquest is disappointing, but not enough to ruin the game.

This is a pretty well-constructed expansion; it adds a fair amount of new stuff at the right price point. It won't make you a C&C convert if you preferred other RTS games, but for fans of the old-school, superfast, almost action-y pace of C&C3, this is a welcome addition.

If you’re looking for some wholly new content to revolutionize the game for you, unfortunately this isn’t it. But, for $30, you can’t have everything.

With all the structural changes made, Kane's Wrath is what the original Command and Conquer 3 should have been in the first place. It doesn't re-invent anything, but it polishes what was otherwise a game let down by a number of disappointing flaws.

Command & Conquer 3: Kane's Wrath is a great addition to the already succesful Tiberium Wars. Though a few things are really too much. Like some useless upgrades and the huge size of the Epic units. But still the game made us enjoy. A good single and multiplayer experience and succesfully adding World Domination as a nice new playing style.

If you are a fan of the original game then this purchase is a no brainer, but many players will be disappointed with the lack of innovation.

If you’re the kind of person who does not tend to play online, I can’t in good faith recommend this game – there’s just not enough meat here. However, the online crowd is going to appreciate all the new stuff, and if that’s you, then go for it.

The Command & Conquer series has a history of churning out solid expansion packs, and Kane's Wrath is no exception. Each side gets its share of love, the new units are thoroughly welcome, and the $30 price tag won't strain tax-time budgets.
