Summary
Young FBI agent Nicole Bonnet receives a mysterious package. Inside she finds a complicated mechanism that appears to be a message from a serial killer. This is just the beginning of an epic duel of minds between Nicole and the ruthless murderer, who leaves playing cards by the bodies of his victims as signature. Bonnet will have to use all her wits to solve the case and stop the killer before he strikes again. Does she have what it takes to understand the mind of a psychopath, as complicated as his puzzles?

This shows me a studio that wants your money for the first hour of gameplay and is happy not to polish anything past what most people might play. As much as I appreciate going the extra mile and giving people different ways to "minigame" a solution to a puzzle, there's something to be said for totally dropping the ball on instructing people on how to do so.

Overall, while it does have its flaws and the gameplay itself isn't terribly exciting, City Interactive have done well to create an enjoyable adventure game with Crime Lab: Body Of Evidence.

One for CSI fans only, sloppy mini-games and annoying dialogue mar what could've been an engaging point-and-click adventure.
