This game looks fantastic, sounds awesome, has tight controls and even tighter gameplay, and accurately blends racing, stunts, and "Road Rash." Play it.

It’s steep and it’s fast. It not only looks great but it will make your stomach feel like you’re on a elevator. The graphics are realistic, and the perspectives are virtually perfect enough to consider this game a sim.

DD's biggest failing is the audio. There are four different types of musical sets you can listen to while racing. They’re all lame and performed by bands that are not known very well.

The stunts are a little lackluster, but the downhill racing delivers plenty of high-speed thrills.

A cross between "Motocross Madness" and the "SSX" series... if you’ve ever dreamed of doing 50 miles an hour down a shingle track or jumping an impossible 250-foot chasm on a push-bike, then this is for you.

An excellent downhill bike racing game that gives you an amazing sense of speed, anxiousness, great control over your character and changing weather as you go from the top of the mountain to the bottom.

Graphically it is strong, and the audio tracks are superb.

But if you don’t mind your BMX mixed with a whole heap of fun (why wouldn’t you?) then you’ll love the game’s unique concept, giant courses and impressive graphics.

This game isn't just a racing game, it isn't just a trick-based game, and it isn't just both, but it's an entirely new and interesting experience.

This game does the quivalent of grabbing you by the groin and tossing you off a cliff.

A fast and fun game that does everything that hasn't been done before. The game is totally fresh and unique.

An unbelievably fast-paced, fun, and multi-player friendly mountain biking simulation that won't soon be usurped in the extreme sports genre.

You should buy it because of the ridiculous courses, because of the energy level, because it’s a racing game that really does overwhelm you and in a lot of ways challenges you to be smart and play with your head – to a much greater extent than SSX.

Aside from slight issues with the physics and camera, Downhill Domination does more things right than wrong with its wealth of gameplay modes and bike customization.

With up to four players racing together, Downhill Domination offers plenty of adrenalin- pumping action and if you are looking for a different and rewarding racer then this is one mountain worth climbing.

Domination suddenly becomes quite spectacularly addictive. It's not doing anything special, but it releases just the right amount of adrenaline to get you truly hooked.

Twenty-four long trails and endless noodly bike upgrades add variety.
