Dreamals is a surprisingly fun and addictive head-scratching platformer, riddled with puzzles that will keep the players captivated for the length of its eighty levels. It falls short of expectations on its visual and sound environments, nevertheless, as it could certainly use a more stable framerate and a more varied soundtrack, not to mention some interaction with the Wii U GamePad but fans of puzzling platformers will find reasons to enjoy Dreamals.

There isn't enough within the story or characters to keep the player interested beyond that however, so make sure you're up for a challenge and want a simple little distraction before diving in.

A hidden gem in the genre, this game is one worth having if you are looking for a fun (sometimes frustrating) game, which you can share with others. A multiplayer where you have to see who can complete the puzzles faster would have been a welcome addition, in my opinion, just to make the game replayable, but I still think this is a game you should have in your library.
