A solidly put together, entertaining midcore strategy battler.

Its combination of engaging gameplay and good looks should be a winner, and even if it gets lumped in with other strategy titles in the minds of mobile gamers, at least it should emerge as the first thing people think of when they hear its name.

It was a bit of a drag having to deal with the usual F2P restrictions but otherwise Empires & Allies is perfect for anyone who wants a fun mobile RTS they can take with them wherever they go.

Empires & Allies delivers a pretty solid strategic gameplay, even though everything else is average.

Empires & Allies is a familiar format, but a well made example of base building and conquering.

If Empires and Allies was brave enough to do something a little more unique, it may be a more memorable title overall.
