Enter the Gungeon is a fantastic game that continues to offer surprises after hours and hours into the experience. The game feels satisfying to play, and gives you the tools to succeed, and it is up to you to master the skills. The crazy weapons, enemies, and bosses all lead to an experience that is worth playing, even if you aren’t a fan of the genre.

Enter the Gungeon is a fast paced dungeon shooter that punishes and rewards in equal measure. Easy to get into, and tough as nails when it wants to be, Dodge Roll’s energetic and hilarious loot ’em up is sometimes frustrating, but more often a joy to experience.

Enter the Gungeon is one of the most polished games I’ve ever played, especially considering the multitude of items that are available. Just when I thought that the rogue-like genre had been done to death, this game comes along and completely turns me around. I’m not sure I’ll ever master the Gungeon, but I’m not sure if I’ll ever want to leave, either.

An absolute blast at every turn and just pure concentrated fun overall, Enter the Gungeon is an absolute gem that is not to be missed out on and Dodge Roll should be congratulated for it.

I’m not going to pretend that Enter the Gungeon is for everybody, it’s not. If players can’t stand the idea of starting over from scratch mostly after each death or don’t have an appreciation for games like Binding of Isaac, there isn’t much to change their minds here.

A toweringly charismatic twin-stick blaster that expertly marries retro shooter beats with roguelike game mechanics, Enter the Gungeon is one of the cleverest and most enjoyable shooters money can buy.

Dodge Roll has created an excellent game with Enter The Gungeon. It's extremely difficult, but equally rewarding.

Despite its unforgiving difficulty Enter the Gungeon is an absolute masterpiece.

With all those map layouts and bosses to hunt down, you'll still spend hours in the Gungeon pushing yourself with a stupid, maniacal grin on your face.

With an awesome action rogue like gameplay and a lot of content and secrets to discover, Enter The Gungeon is one of the most successful games published by Devolver Digital.

A game that's clearly the product of passion, talent and dedication, Enter The Gungeon is an exciting twin stick shooter that mixes up elements ranging from The Binding of Isaac, Dark Souls and Ikaruga (among others...). The result is a delightful and sadistic cocktail that the most hardcore gamers will fall in love with, but also one that is definitely not for everyone.

A simple but tough through concept makes this exhilarating cocktail of dungeon crawler, dual-stick action and bullet hell a blast.

Enter the Gungeon's roguelike elements and vast array of crazy weapons keep it entertaining for the long haul.

The hell of bullets that awaits you when you enter the Gungeon is weirdly addictive, as you have a whole range of weapons and the map changes constantly. The game has a good foundation with great eye for detail, but those beautiful elements do not fully work together all the time, which can hopefully be straightened out with a patch.

A charmingly exuberant blend of punishing roguelike convention and gleeful blasting.

Enter the Gungeon is addictive, fun and deeper than it looks. It's far from being revolutionary, but it has its own personality and a few details that make it unique. If you enjoy shooting and dungeon crawling, you don't want to miss it.

A clever mix of well-worn genres, that knows exactly what to take from each in order to create its own entertainingly unique experience.

It won't have the most innovative gameplay, but Enter the Gungeon is entertaining and inspired. Mixing the mechanics of Nuclear Throne with some "bullet hell" action, it delivers a solid roguelike experience, with a ton of unconventional weapons to have fun with.

Enter the Gungeon is slick, smooth and bombastic to play with a deluge of weapons and randomly generated weapons to keep things interesting. While it doesn’t bring anything brand new to the genre, it's still a nail-biting thrill ride of a game worthy of high praise.

Enter the Gungeon offers a new way to understand the rogue-like games, being more dependent on the player skill than focusing on the item drops. It has perfect gunplay and a cute game design, and even if it's not as good as The Binding of Isaac or Nuclear Throne, it comes close to them.
