Epoch 2 is a very well made game on the iOS that is easily one of the most impressive out there. Best of all, the controls are very sturdy.

Epoch 2 delivers an entertaining shooter that is suited for iOS, and a should buy for some enjoyable robot action.

Even if all the initially-exhilarating combat comes to feel a little repetitive after a while, there's no denying that Epoch 2 is one of the best cover-based shooters you can get for your phone or tablet.

EPOCH 2 is definitely a better game than the first one. It's got bosses, plenty of weapons and upgrades, awesome levels and graphics, but also a poor balancing and an unfair IAP system.

Epoch 2 is a few major tweaks away from being an absolutely must have gaming experience. As it stand now, its a good but not great follow up to one of the most unique games on the market.

There's a solid touchscreen shooter here, but Epoch 2 doesn't quite hit the right marks.

Epoch 2 is a good quality on-rail shooter, a honest successor of the first episode, with the same strengths and weaknesses. The visuals are excellent, the gameplay fun until we realize we keep on repeating the same actions.

Despite its flaws, though, Epoch 2 has plenty to offer. Lots of missions, lots of replay value, and lots of loot to unlock. Its twitchy controls, shallow gameplay, and brutally greedy in-game shop, however, detract from what could have otherwise been a solid gaming experience.

Epoch.2 delivers more of its predecessor's handsome duck-and-cover gameplay, but doesn't really address the issues which irked us about the original.
