Ereban: Shadow Legacy cleverly uses popular mechanics from other games in a stealth adventure title that feels familiar yet fresh.

The production, which tells of a world governed by megacorporations, involves and strikes in an unexpected way, leveraging complex themes and situations, while expertly detailing the story of Ayana, a young woman in difficulty on a razor's edge. Eraban: Shadow Legacy, a story characterized by many positive elements, is a work that does its job, committing itself to creating good gameplay.

I really enjoyed my time with Ereban: Shadow Legacy and cannot wait to see what else this developer has in store for us. With mechanics that are enjoyable and a story full of interesting characters, This is a title that I would definitely recommend to those who are looking for a fun adventure to run through.

If you're looking for a non-violent stealth game, though, Ereban: Shadow Legacy is a straightforward, mostly uncluttered challenge.

Ereban: Shadow Legacy is an ambitious entry into the tactical stealth genre, bringing a fresh perspective with its unique gameplay mechanics and visually striking design. The game introduces Ayana, a character navigating through a richly developed sci-fi world filled with complex challenges and emotional narratives. While it offers innovative gameplay and deep character development, the game is not without its flaws, including a confusing start, control issues, and uneven difficulty levels.

Overall, Ereban: Shadow Legacy is a game that stealth and puzzle-solving enthusiasts may find interesting. It's an experience that is generally balanced and rewarding, with a story that is attractive and carry the player to know more about what's happening around Ayana and the Ereban. It may be too short, but it is also limited in other aspects, and lengthening it could make it monotonous. Therefore, Ereban: Shadow Legacy is a proposal that does not stand out for technical reasons, but it does show care from the studio, offering a balanced experience where your survival instincts will be tested. We can expect great things for the future of this developer if they keep working in this way.

Worth Playing April 10, 2024
Ereban: Shadow Legacy is a flawed but enjoyable game. The presentation is fine, and even though the mechanics are simplified compared to other games in the genre, the stealth mechanics create some very cool moments. The overall game length is fine, and while the collision bugs can get fixed, the lackluster story doesn't do its part when it comes to motivating people to play to the end. Ereban isn't necessarily a must-play title, but it is well worth a look if you're in the market for something new.

Ereban: Shadow Legacy is a very traditional and very derivative stealth game that definitely delivers an enjoyable experience for fans of this subgenre.

Ereban: Shadow Legacy is a small, in the truest sense of the term, love letter to stealth that doesn't try to do anything particular to stand out within the genre, but everything it offers to players is a simple gameplay, curious in its ideas, attempting to win over enthusiasts with its modest purity. It's the classic independent production without infamy or praise that manages, in its own small way, to shine within a landscape that increasingly lacks representatives of the genre that are capable of doing something truly interesting for stealth.

Ereban: Shadow Legacy is an occasionally pretty, decently fun title. It’s not too long, and if you’re into collecting things there’s a solid reason to replay each chapter. I’m not sure when it is going to hit Xbox but if you have even a decent PC and love stealth platformers then this could be one worth picking up.

An enjoyable stealth action game that has its flaws and will delight stealth enthusiasts above all. Ereban: Shadow Legacy presents an intriguing story with multiple endings, solid gameplay, and nice stylization. However, the game does not deviate from established genre standards, and its rough, unpolished edges are a bit too conspicuous.

Ereban: Shadow Legacy is a lot like Aragami. And I need more of that, it’s just a kickass concept. But it needs some tough love and design direction if it ever wants its players to really be a part of the world they’re creating or to feel like an Ereban.

Ereban: Shadow Legacy sits in a weird place for me. As a stealth game, it rarely challenged me, reducing protagonist Ayana into a one-trick pony that could sneak past any target with the same shadow merge skill every time. But as a platformer, Shadow Legacy incorporates some entertaining puzzles that grow increasingly complex and rewarding to overcome. I never quite managed to connect to Ayana's journey against the autonomous overlords planning to doom an entire civilization, but I had a lot of fun slinking up walls and exploding out of the darkness, striving to time my jumps with the movement of a windmill and the rotating shadow it was casting. Those nail-biting moments are the ones that stuck with me, not the dozenth time I slunk past an unsuspecting droid.

Entertaining sneaking with an inventive mechanic whose true potential is never fully explored.

Ereban: Shadow Legacy suffers from too many flaws to be considered a indie nugget... but we still want to see more from that studio in the future.

Ereban: Shadow Legacy attempts a number of ambitious stealth-action components but fails to come out from the shadows with basically any of them intact. A predictable story, underwhelming level design and more bugs than a forest log blunt this assassin’s blade. If Ayana’s journey is the first step in mastering the darkness, I hope a sequel can turn off the blinding lights.
