With its keen cross-platform functionalities, Foosball 2012 will allow players on one platform to play online against players on the other platform for cross play. Additionally, with game continuation, players can experience the game at home with their PS3 and pick up where they left off anywhere, anytime with their PS Vita!
Foosball 2012 will feature single and multiplayer modes along with Quick Match gameplay where up to four players can play simultaneously in a local match. The game supports both DUALSHOCK3 wireless controller and PS Move motion controller support for ultra-realistic foosball controls that will make players feel like they are controlling a real foosball table!

Foosball 2012 was never going to set the world alight, but it's a competent arcade multiplayer game that's a great fit for parties or social gatherings. Despite its misjudged micro-transactions, the game still represents outstanding value, and the impressive connectivity between the PS3 and Vita versions helps to accentuate that. The title's unlikely to hold your attention for too long, but if you're looking for something lighthearted and fun, Foosball 2012 is well worth a spin.

While I had some issues with the soundtrack – as the music can get overly repetitive at the best of times - the graphics are pretty good for a handheld, with the plastic models and environments looking quite impressive during the replays.
