Frogger Beyond Critic Reviews

Frogger Beyond has far surpassed the expectations that I initially had for this game. Konami did an excellent job with recreating Frogger and creating a challenging puzzle game for the GameCube.

Frogger Beyond brings the gameplay back to the frantic puzzle action that made "Frogger 2: Swampy's Revenge" an enjoyable little title.

Three types of powerups give Frogger extra speed and strength.

Bluntly put, Frogger Beyond is quite difficult. Your patience and reflexes will be put to the test from the beginning and things will only get harder as you progress.

Only the most die-hard Frogger fanatic will find their money well spent.

There is a lot of trial and error here and you should be prepared to do a lot of dying. The camera angles are fixed and will at times cause you to make suicide leaps.
