When it comes to sitting shoulder to shoulder with some of your friends, Fuzion Frenzy 2 is a passable alternative to having to teach a new player how all the buttons work in another game such as Gears of war. But since it doesn't have much long-term appeal.

Truth be told, the presentation is awful, but this replay value is built to last with the right audience. And hey, with an easy 1000 points in achievements to be had (I unlocked them all within a few sessions), it's at least worth a rental for those on the fence.

While the voice acting is atrocious and the card system can really anger you when it doesn’t work in your favor, overall Fuzion Frenzy 2 is unmistakably an admirable party title.

I don't have too many gripes with this title. The only real flaw of the game is that the graphics are a bit choppy and the sound could be a bit better.

With 43 mini-games it includes enough substance to warrant a purchase, especially if you like the “party game” genre. While the offline modes may lack in terms of a single-player experience, games like FF2 really succeed because they are fun to play with other people.

Its minigame format is a well-worn one, but the inclusion of online play in Fuzion Frenzy 2 gives the game an edge.

Fuzion Frenzy 2 won’t dazzle you with brand new game modes or a whole new party game concept, but the online element will ensure that you’ll never have to play it alone.

Eighty percent of the included games are fun. The other twenty percent are just plain difficult to play and uninteresting.

If you are looking for some easy achievements then this is worth renting but if you want “fun” playing against your friends/family locally or the world on Xbox Live then this game is certainly worth picking up.

Fuzion Frenzy 2 is like a decent-tasting smoothie of low-calorie gaming activities with a disgusting cherry on top. The game improves a lot if you’re playing at home with friends or smack-talking strangers online, but like any party, it isn’t meant to be a solo affair.

Overall, Fuzion Frenzy 2 manages to bring back some good memories, but fails to improve upon the original in many ways.

If Hudson had worked on making more compelling mini-games and improved the presentation, then I think the online play might actually be a hit.

As is so often the case in this genre, the minigames miss as many pitches as they hit. We'd actually recommend the Xbox predecessor over this one, if it didn't suffer horrible performance problems when running on the 360.

The game itself is poorly made, generic in most respects, and unoriginal in its approach. But it gets the job done, and there is no other game on Xbox 360 like it.

With instantly forgettable games, ugly graphics and the worst character designs of all time, Fuzion Frenzy 2 proves to be nothing more than a way to get achievement points!

Just don’t buy this if you are going to be playing on your own, or if you think Live will it make up for it, because it really doesn’t, not by a long way.

While its predecessor may have made for a decent Xbox launch title, Fuzion Frenzy 2 is really an unremarkable party game for this day in age, with numerous problems on top of it all.

Microsoft seeks to spice things up with this sequel to the surprise hit Party game. Although the game can be fun with friends, it is let down by the bland single player mode.

It's the online play that sets Fuzion Frenzy 2 apart from its peers, while the rest of the package simply does its job without ever excelling.

This game could have offered much more if it had used some of the good elements of the latest Mario Party games, instead of just focusing on giving it a new, "cool" look.
