As ever, the depth of the game is truly breathtaking.

Gran Turismo 6 becomes a must-have for those who really love cars and driving. Yamauchi has created a piece of art, where every sound, model, engine or circuit are extremely realistic. Player, are you ready to be a driver?

Gran Turismo 6 is the best driving game of this last generation.

Overall, Gran Turismo 6 is the Pièce de résistance of this series that boasts great graphics, flawless gameplay and a perfect swansong for the PlayStation 3.

Gran Turismo 6 is an over-ambitious, huge, sprawling, messy masterpiece. It has its highs and lows. It has its perfections and its flaws. Sometimes it’s annoying. Sometimes it’s infuriating. But most of the time it’s simply the best driving game you can buy.

Gran Turismo 6 rights almost all of the wrongs of its predecessor to deliver one of the most expansive, beautiful and enjoyable racing simulations ever seen. If only the AI and damage modelling were better, this would be the perfect racing game.

A massive, passionate game and a fitting final lap for the PlayStation 3.

Gran Turismo 6 is a beautiful racing simulator that values the art and science of the race over the drama and theatrics that often make racing so appealing. While the game lacks in certain areas, namely in their complete lack of real collision dynamics, the overall racing experience is one of sublime enjoyment.

While Gran Turismo 6 isn’t as groundbreaking as it’s predecessor on the PS3, it’s still a worthy addition to any GT fans library.

While some small flaws and occasionally dated features edge it closer to deposition, Gran Turismo is still the king of racing.

As a foundation, it's certainly more stable than its predecessor - and as a way to explore the thrill of four wheels it is, despite its many faults, exceptional, brilliant and pretty much peerless.

Gran Turismo 6 is a nice evolution over the previous chapter, Polyphony has learned how to deal with the interface and has upgraded the physics and the handling of the cars. It's a pity that the series still lacks in the AI and collision departments, but the content is king and GT 6 has plenty of it.

Gran Turismo 6 isn't perfect, but it's still the best videogame out there for driving enthusiasts. It's what Gran Turismo 5 should have been.

Eurogamer Germany December 9, 2013
It's the best form a Gran Turismo can take and could be a fitting conclusion to 15 years of Real Driving Simulation. Now, the only thing that has to happen is for the "Driving" part of this equation to evolve into "Racing".

Gran Turismo 6 isn’t perfect, but it’s frighteningly comprehensive.

Polyphony Digital keeps polishing its series, with a game that becomes more accessible, but still very deep. There's room for improvement, but as far as PS3 goes, Gran Turismo 6 proves that your "old" console still has a lot to give.

Eurogamer Spain December 10, 2013
Gran Turismo 6 finishes what Gran Turismo 4 started. It's not a revolutionary game, but one that improves everything and adds a lot of content.

It remains a mammoth achievement because fans can tell, within seconds, just how much TLC has been put into this production. Into every GT production, in truth. That’s what separates this franchise from any other and if you know cars and racing, you’ve been saying this for years. And I’ve got your back.

There is something to be said for the thrill of thinking you could feasibly put hundreds of hours into this game and still have new cars to unlock. Replay value here is through the roof, but if you didn’t get that into playing it the first time, it might not be for you.

The simplification of the GUI, the easier, faster and better career mode and the inclusion of a bigger deeper online component make GT6 one of the best in the series.
