Game Chronicles February 12, 2011
Angry Mob has created one of the best dual-stick shooters for the iPhone and I can only hope they make a sequel and its bigger and better than this. But until then Guerrilla Bob is a fantastic shooter with solid controls and loads of fun.

Guerrilla Bob is a thoroughly enjoyable game that fans of other twin-stick shooters will want to invest in. The gameplay is very simple, but very entertaining. And while the campaign mode is quite short, the survival mode and online options will surely keep players busy, and leave them with an itchy trigger finger.

The graphics are stunning, the concept is fresh, and the controls are tried and true.

For the introductory price of $2.99, Guerrilla Bob can't be beat. It's a fun traditional action game along the lines of Smash TV and Minigore, and what it lacks in a strong Campaign Mode, it makes up for with the awesome Survival Mode and Crystal connectivity.

Guerrilla Bob has a winning ticket with fun levels, firecracker action, and snazzy graphics that could go even further delivering variety and depth.

A short, but intense experience. You could compare it with a Summer blockbuster like Transformers or Terminator, not exactly mentally stimulating, but a fun blast none the less. If you are looking for trigger happy thrills, then Bob's your man!

Guerrilla Bob is a non-stop gun-slinging assault on the senses. If it didn't play so competently, the game might come off as brash or annoying, but, it doesn't, and comes out smelling of roses.

Guerrilla Bob is a fun twin-stick shooter. It offers some of the best controls in the genre. However, I wish developer Angry Mob Games had added more stages with greater variety and introduced some sort of system that made getting new weapons a real reward.

It's by no means perfect, but Guerrilla Bob will appeal to dual-stick shooter fans, especially those who enjoyed Minigore. A chance to take a first look at the Crystal SDK is also great for social gaming lovers.

Guerilla Bob does a great job raising the bar for how a top-down dual-stick shooter should be packaged.

The game is short on lasting appeal, and leans too heavily on MiniGore, but is nonetheless worth a look. A dual-stick stick shooter for casual gamers, Guerilla Bob is best taken in short spurts over time. Hardcore players tending to devour games in one or two sittings will quickly tear through the game and leave it in their dust.
