Sharpen your swords, start pouring the silver and get ready to rock the undead back to their uneasy rests, because if you have even the slightest interest in removing zombie infestations, Hunter: The Reckoning is the game you've been waiting for your entire life.

Its difficulty curve progresses gracefully, its atmosphere is immersive, and its visceral punch is straight to the gut.

The terrific visuals mixing with the well implemented sound effects and soundtrack make this game a real treat.

I would have liked to see the game have a few more levels but there is enough there to keep me entertained.

What differentiates Hunter from the other titles is the creativity in the weapons and monsters and something I like to call the 'oh (expletive)' factor. The 'oh (expletive)' factor is that 'oh my god' feeling when you see the amazing monsters scare the crap out of you in the game--and believe me they will.

One of the most fun, frenetic, addictive multiplayer action shoot-'em-ups on Xbox, and, most likely, any system.

Hunter mixes hectic combat with moments of dark humor, creating an intense atmosphere that is quite addictive...The only downside is the length.

Hunter: The Reckoning is a fun game. The single player mode is enjoyable on its own, but this was made to be a party game.

A bloody good game...If its good single-player action doesn’t get you addicted, then the excellent multiplayer romp definitely will.

Awesome environments, cool characters, and great weaponry, but there just isn't enough!

A graphically strong game that is crammed with action. It is not for everyone, and does have an undercurrent of pure evil in the story.

This well-crafted game aspires more to the work of George Romero than to any dim-witted dungeon mash.

Its simplicity is what boosts its addictiveness. This isn’t a game about complex strategy and well timed precision; it’s a game about kicking ass and having tons of fun with your friends.

Even though I finished one character in under three hours only dying a few times when I met bosses, an average gamer can spend 10-12 hours completing each character.

Not since the original "Gauntlet" has mindless mayhem with friends been such a source of joy.

The hack n' slash equivalent of Ozzy Osbourne: It's a little slow, a little clumsy, and pretty damn incoherent, but somewhat charming in its own odd way.

Definitely a fun game, but it's also a short one. It shouldn't take you more than five hours to go from beginning to end.

While the game's difficulty will vary depending on each gamer's proficiency, the game will appeal to both action and arcade fans alike.

My appreciation for some of the best undead character design and animation I have ever seen, and an overall air of doom I can really sink my teeth into, far outweigh a few hiccups.

A great visual and auditory package, and an extremely entertaining game to boot.
