Neocore Games should be commended for putting out such a high-quality experience where their story is equally outlandish, silly and serious – I’m personally looking forward to the recently announced sequel.

The game is very well done and interesting to play and with the option of four player co-op, which means four Van Helsings and four Lady Katarinas, I cannot but give the game my highest recommendation for any Action RPG fan looking for a thrilling experience. Get this game, dear reader. You will not be disappointed.

There are a bunch of features I have not mentioned; teleports, a well thought out maps, network play, and a storyline that has a fair amount of depth - to name just a few - however there are some aspects you just need to play and experience to understand why I have rated this game reasonably highly. Yes, I liked it, and I was a fool to dismiss it so easily. The game is available now on Steam, and at a very reasonable price given its quality. Check it out.

More than 15 hours long, engaging atmosphere, rich level design, 4-player co-op mode and the Rage system. These are some of the things that make us think that the €10,99 launch price makes The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing one of the best indie experiences available on Steam right now.

The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing is a surprisingly enchanting ARPG from an incredibly talented team. Neocore has originally implemented all the core hack 'n' slash mechanics typical of the genre combining quality and quantity, form and substance, single and co-op play, at an incredibly advantageous and affordable price.

There is a lot in this $15 game, and fans of action RPGs should really take a look at it. I highly suggest it.

Beautiful to see, rich in content and graphics options, as well as managed with passion and great attention to detail, the last effort of the Hungarian Neocore Games offers a lot of fun.

There's nothing quite like spending quality hours slaying monsters and collecting loot and fortunately the game doesn't disappoint in either area. The game is an impressive value as the amount of content far outweighs its low asking price. The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing is a must-buy for fans of the action role-playing genre.

It really gives some recent Action RPG’s like Diablo III a run for their money, at a fraction of the cost. It truly felt like I was playing a full retail title.

What The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing may lack in replayability it makes up for in competence, enthusiasm and easy charm. The moment to moment slaughter, the deceptively deep levelling and abundance of powerful loot mean it's a difficult game to put down.

Even though there are still some bugs left The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing is a really fun experience. The game plays wonderfully and Lady Katarina is an awesome sidekick. This is a great starting point if you want to get your hands on an Action RPG for the first time.

The game really doesn’t do anything new, but the things it does are done extremely well. If you are a fan of Torchlight II and Diablo III, The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing is the next great game in the same genre of games.

The Adventures of Van Helsing is an excellent game that deserves to be played by those looking for an extremely well written experience and for fans of old school RPGs everywhere. With a game length that puts many AAA developers to shame, NeoCore Games punched well above their weight and succeeded where so many indie games have failed in the past.

With Van Helsing's first set of adventures, Neocore Games seems to have hit its stride very quickly. These first steps are a strong start for a series of much promise, and RPGamers should find plenty of reasons to desire to return to Borgova in the near future and create yet more monster giblets.

Overall The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing is a solid action rpg with a few issues that are too be expected on a first try such as a lack of a replay option, quirky animations and sometimes rough combat.

Lacks a proper end game, but for the 12 odd hours it will take to finish the campaign is still a great deal of fun.

Overall, I had fun with Van Helsing and it provides a lot of gameplay for a title that can be had for under $20. If Diablo style games aren't your thing, you'll want to give it a pass, but otherwise it's worth adding to your game library.
