It's often funny, addictive, and surprisingly good to look at, and the wide appeal that this franchise has tacked on with the already wide appeal that LEGO in general has is sure to make this something that fans of either property won't want to pass up.

If there's a better kids' game this year, I'll eat my Sorting Hat.

One of the best LEGO games and surely the best Harry Potter game of all time. Another little gem from Traveller's Tales, that every fan should play.

The game is charming, funny, challenging and most of all, it is enjoyable. You would really need to hate games not to enjoy it.

LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4 is the most fun you'll have with a LEGO game.

Harry Potter is a fantastic game to play for both kids and adults. Traveller's Tales took the risk of going in another direction with this and have made a little gem of a game.

Finally, a Harry Potter game that really gives J.K. Rowling fan service! The game may not have changed much since other LEGO games and the AI is at times buggy but when it comes to a creative world, this game has it all.

While LEGO Harry Potter doesn't pull any punches with the cut and paste LEGO formula, the world surrounding it has been wonderfully imagined culminating into a fantastic experience for anyone who can hold a controller.

The comedic cutscenes toying with canon, the hundreds of hidden things to find, and the general sense of a great LEGO game paired with a great series really makes this game a standout.

The concept of LEGO Games blends perfectly with the Harry Potter franchise. Possibly the best LEGO Game to date!

LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4 is a great game. The blocky world of Hogwarts is arguably the best rendition of the magical school yet.

If you're a diehard Potter fan then I don't thinking you will need any persuading to buy this title but for those of you who dislike the boy wizard I hope you will give this one a chance as Traveller's Tales really have conjured up something quite magical.

Not since the Lego Star Wars games has this series been so charming.

A "good" game whose bugs keep it from being "excellent."

Lego Harry Potter is a massive blast from start to finish... and I mean that in every sense possible. Not only is the game a lot of fun but there is a ton to do which will keep you, and hopefully a friend, coming back again and again.

Add in the frustration-free design (dying brings about a tiny penalty in studs and sets you back exactly where you were) and the full-on charm of exploring a super cute, living version of the Harry Potter universe and you have an experience that even muggles will enjoy.

Lego Harry Potter is the next big franchise to be set up with the cute and funny Lego-style, which developer Traveller's Tales had in their previous games. If you don't mind the problems with the fixed camera-angles and the low difficulty of the game, you get a comic, comprehensive game that is absolutely suitable for kids and which offers co-op gameplay.

Harry Potter, the new adventure in Lego design, is fun. Collect all Lego bricks to become a real Sorcerer. The story is based on the movie, but in the game there is more to laugh. Very funny and many mystery puzzles are waiting for you.
