Take a MOBA formula, drop the selectable roster to six characters, put it on a tiny map, and make Marvel’s most iconic characters look like Borderlands NPCs and you’ve got a recipe — a recipe that can just go right into the compost pile.

Realm of Champions has a lot of good ideas, but it's currently light on content. There's the potential to tell a superb tale set within the Marvel universe, but it's doing nothing with the story at the moment. Hopefully, this can change in time as right now, it’s mostly grinding with no real endgame.

Marvel Realm of Champions is a solid tie-in, with many nice characters and an enormous potential in terms of customization thanks to the generous loot you can get every time you play.
