Being able to play them again, without plopping down pounds of quarters and inhaling ozone all night, is fabulous. I hope they keep coming.

Classic compilations really don't get much better than this...A nostalgic dream come true.

Midway's selections are not only well thought out but they also perform as flawlessly as possible given the hardware and peripheral differences.

Unfortunately, most of these videos have terrible sound quality and it can be hard to make out what the group is saying half the time.

It's a must for old schoolers and also a must for the younger generation so they can see what we had to play and how far videogaming has come in the last 20 years.

While I still feel that "MAT 1" features the better collection of games, this one irons out some of its wrinkles, and has a great game roster in its own right.

Playing these old games really gave me some perspective on the progress we've made in games since these were initially released. Midway has also priced this collection aggressively and at $1 a game you really can't beat the bang for your buck.

Midway Arcade Treasures 2 has one major attribute and that is nostalgia. If you own this disc already chances are that you are an old school gamer and are reliving the old glory days.

The funny thing is that Midway probably could have combined the best games in both complications and released just one version of the Arcade Treasures.

This amazing compilation DVD has games that you can now only find in airport terminals and bowling alleys. Parents can finally compete with their kids and actually have an advantage, and there is even some educational and historical value to this collection.

I still feel that the game could have included some more classics, but with what they gave you most of us will be quite satisfied.

There are far more games in this package that will appeal to the current generation of videogamers, since most of the titles in the pack offer far more depth and replay value than the original collection.

The inclusion of nearly perfect emulations of "Mortal Kombat 2" and "3" alone make this collection worth it for any fighting fan.

Isn't the best compilation that money can buy. For $20 though, you'll be getting a lot of games which more or less function very well. If you are even remotely interested (particularly in "MKII" and "MK3") be sure to pick it up.

Has its fair share of crusty titles you won't play, but the good ones are absolute gems. 15 is a bargain price to relive your misspent youth, if only for a few precious hours.

The game offers something for every gamer, from those who remember the games on the disc at the arcade, to those who just want to see what their parents may have played.

The game is a penny shy of twenty dollars, and for that price, if you remember any of these games there is no reason not to pick it up and relive those days spent hunched 'round a cabinet, stubbing out cigarettes on the top and hoping the manager didn't see.

Not all of the games have aged particularly well. Pit Fighter, Kozmik Kroozr', and Primal Rage are almost unplayable, and the obnoxious taunts of Wizard of Wor will send you scrambling for the mute button.

Even the non-stellar titles are at least playable, and nothing that I would consider "bad," since they all had their own sort of innovative aspects.

But what's really a labor of love is all the bonus material - historical info, original poster and advertising art, and behind-the-scenes videos with the games' creators.
