People have complained up and down about the story, and that's fine, but anyone who has followed the comic books knows what is going on without a problem.

Sadly the graphics are what lets the game down and to non fans will appear to be a basic no frills run of the mill game.

Predator: Concrete Jungle does a fair job of putting a console face on the galactic big game hunter as well as offering some genuinely fun moments, but unfortunately the linearity, ropey camera and basic fighting mechanics don't make for a particularly long lasting experience.

Faithful to the films in terms of character, the game is a victim of its own ambition - too clumsy to be a stealth 'em up, and too generic and monotonous to be a credible actioner. Shame. Now, where's that thermonuclear device...?

There are simply too many instances of horrible enemy AI and shoddy development to warrant a purchase. The complexity of the controls is completely unneeded.

Despite the cool weapons the action can often be repetitive, with weak combos leading to some blade-swinging button-bashing, all within an average world marred by cameras of varying efficiency.

Unfortunately, four vision modes, a wonky camera, and an arsenal of superb weapons hampered by weird restrictions, limited power, and incredibly awkward controls absolutely ruins any continuous or deep feeling of enjoyment or fun that might be had.

The stealth only somewhat works, the combat is mindlessly simple, and the storyline makes Alien vs. Predator look like Dostoyevsky. Now, throw in some fairly ugly graphics, a lot of sloppy platforming, and an onslaught of moronic mission goals, and what you've got is a game you want just about nothing to do with.

Balance is the keyword here. Some of the weapons are actually pretty fun to use. Too bad they dont let you use them. This game is in dire need of extensive testing, and should be recalled for wasting time.

What could have been an awesome Predator game is actually one ugly motherf***er.

There's a big list of moves and attacks, but you never find any worthwhile ways to use them as the game devolves into tiresome plough-ahead combat.

It's fun using all of the Predator's gadgets and he's quite nimble, but the atrocious level design, horrible character models (save the Predator), the wacky camera, and the pathetic gore level keeps this game from being the classic that it could've been.

The camera is manually controlled, which means it's completely out of control when you're moving vertically, near buildings, or want to actually attack a foe.

Playing the Predator's new game is about as much fun as being stabbed in the groin with his wrist blades, and then having the wound peed on.

Sadly, we can't even write this mess off as a movie tie-in rush job. It's just unforgivable.

By creating this absolute mess of a game, Eurocom have done a great disservice to themselves and fans of the franchise. Avoid at all costs.
