The Overpowered Noobs

For an initial exposure to a cycling team management simulator, the experience is incredibly favorable. Anyone with interest in professional cycling would relish Pro Cycling Manager 17, and it might also perhaps help improve their own pedaling mastery in the process. However, if you’re not a hardcore fan of the sport, be aware that this may be too many spreadsheets and strategic decisions, and not enough action. Now, back to the spandex.

Pro Cycling Manager 2017 is a classic "more of the same" product. Besides some small new features, the game is very similar to the last edition, so the decision to buy it or to wait for the next episode of the series is up to you.

Pro Cycling Manager 2017 is a disappointment. It did not bring a lot of novelty and fans will have to wait next year to observe a real change. However, the game is pleasant thanks to the richness of the gameplay and the fluidity of its game engine.

Surprisingly complicated in some managerial aspects, Pro Cycling Manager 2017 shows some interesting features mixed with old and new flaws. The AI seems to be a little passive, whilst the train formation is a great addition.

Whilst lacking in the depth that some other management simulations offer, Pro Cycling Manager still does a good job of transferring the technical world of pro cycling into a competent if unremarkable game.
