All would be fine if not for the necessity to collect stars to unlock stages. At first it’s not a problem, but later you’re forced to replay missions or pay to avoid it.

Rumble City isn't a bad game at all, Avalanche Studios has created an interesting hybrid between the strategic and the puzzle genres. Alas, the freemium model spoils everything, difficulty above all, making the experience, at times, too frustrating.

Rumble City isn’t a bad game. It can be fun …but only when you’re not being funneled towards buying cheap health refills and character power-ups.
