Content volume is light, though, meaning long-term appeal is limited to multiplayer.

Behind the quirky and irresistible zany arcade mask lies a fitness game that proves to be demanding (in more than a way), questionable and even shaky tech-wise: the intentions might be good, the results not so much.

Its silly approach to fitness is amusing, but there isn't enough here to hold attention for an extended period of time, let alone train you up for a marathon.

In all, Shape Up is a cool concept that doesn’t have nearly enough going for it to keep players hooked long term.
