Shinobi III is a very fun action game that holds up well to this day, and while the controls are an occasional nuisance, they do not detract enough to take away from the game's action fun.

As a monster fan of the Shinobi series, I'm happy to have Shinobi III on my iPhone. However, the control placement detracts from the fun in full-screen, but in windowed mode, everything just too small.

And so, again we have a truly excellent console title that falls sadly short of the mark in making its way to the iPhone.
