No matter how you look at it, "SimCity 3000 Unlimited" is a city full of fun.

With all the options available to players, the added building sets, the scenarios, the create-your-own building feature, all the goodness from SimCity 3000, some tutorials thrown in for new players to even out the package, and the literally unlimited amount of cool stuff available on SimCity Exchange, it's certainly worth picking up.

While seemingly dogpiled with new buildings and features to impress the first-timer, it's actually become so feature-dense and micromanagerial... that only hard-core SimPsychopaths will really be able to appreciate the package

Maxis packs in just enough to make this a must-have for fans and newcomers alike.

If you're a "SimCity" fan who's not interested in solving other people's problems in the prefabricated scenarios or making your own material for the game, then you can let "Unlimited" pass you by.

Like "SimCity 2000" and "SimCity 3000," this version can be extremely challenging and requires more micromanaging than even New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani would want.

The limitless possibilities that Unlimited offers with its tools can be easily overlooked by the fanatical aspiring mayors of PC-land.

The ability to change your landscape and building types as well as the ability to create your own buildings and scenarios are not only fantastically entertaining but add a near-infinite replayability factor to the experience.

You like nice graphics? Go and buy it. Otherwise, stick with your current copy of "SimCity 3000"... and save your kopeks for the new crop of exciting releases scheduled to hit stores in the next couple of months.
