Summary
Wei Shen's story continues in Year of the Snake as he rejoins the ranks of the Hong Kong Police Department in a series of new missions set immediately after the main game. A vicious end-of-the-world cult is taking root in the back streets of Hong Kong... the Cult of the Snake. Hell-bent on cleansing the city of its evils, they cannot be negotiated with as they pursue a path to their righteous salvation. Most definitely the best expansion to Square's free-roaming game Sleeping Dogs. Wei Shen's degradation in the police's ranks freshes and spices things up for the game. If you haven't had enough of Sleeping Dogs, get your hands on this DLC.

Yes, Year of the Snake is a better expansion than Nightmare in North Point. Still, the downloadable content is plagued by the same problems as the original game, and its short length makes sure you'll never get dragged into its story.
