Sounds good dosen’t it…? And it is! The visuals are bright and colourful (despite the opening level being rather drab) and the happy-go-lucky background music suits the whimsical nature of the game perfectly.

As quirky as the game idea is, Soccer Kid is a good, solid action game on the Game Boy Advance.

Enemies are often impossible to avoid.
