Its target audience will find a lot to like in the game since the Wiimote helps make the game more interactive and user-friendly, despite some of the limited shortcomings.

The game's on the easy side, too, but it's still a solid platform-action title.

I'll give em this: It's never boring, always whacked out of its mind, and the control throughout delivers...Nunchuk or not. So in closing, may the Sponge be with you.

By allowing players to employ the motion-sensing controller in a bevy of unique ways, the title has a lot in common with "Wii Sports." Unfortunately many modes feel either underdeveloped, ho-hum, or both--also like "Wii Sports."

Beyond the controls SpongeBob SquarePants: Creature from the Krusty Krab didn’t offer much aside from frustrating driving.

Far from fun, it holds you hand through level after level of bland action platform gameplay that makes you wish you could escape from this digital nightmare.

Aside from being just a tad too repetitive and too long, the platform levels are well-presented and plenty of fun.

This is the same licensed platform stuff people have been playing for years.

If the control issues don't stop you, the tired and overdone level design will.

It's an out of the box idea, a commendable effort for a console that built itself on thinking differently, but ultimately Creature from the Krusty Krab loses the charm and style of the property it's based on.

The game itself is average. The controls don’t do enough to make the game stand out. The extras and bonus features are pointless.
