StateShift races right down the middle of the road. While it refuses to veer into awfulness, it also manages to never even dip a tire in glory. I can see why StateShift struggled to reach shelves because it doesn’t offer much that isn’t already covered in the PSP’s good-sized racing scene. Pass.
