This is highly recommended to anyone of any age who enjoys addictive gameplay and great game design.

This is one Monkey Island you won't want to escape from any time soon.

With all of the levels and the variety of mini-games that are included, you will find yourself enjoying this game for a long time.

For only $30, you get one of the most content rich games of recent memory. There are 300 missions in the story mode, 12 very addictive mini-games for up to four players and countless hours of gameplay here.

The conversion from the GameCube originals are flawless, and although some may bemoan the lack of Live support, this shouldn't take anything away from this perfect console party piece.

The multi-player games are best experienced in the presence of friends, but the mini-games would have been a fun online distraction. It boggles the mind to think of the possibilities of online Monkeyball tournaments and leader boards.

Coupled with the great collection of multiplayer modes and mini-games, there's something here for almost everyone.

Whatever problems there are in the one player mode, the party games more than make up for them.

Where SMBDX earns my recommendation as a must-buy is with its awesome lineup of 12 party games.

As fantastic a game as it ever was. It's one of those rare games which are so good they feel genuinely ageless; pure, uninhibited pick up and play genius with not one button to press.

Of course the idea with Deluxe is that even if that's beyond you so much has been brought together that there's enough to entertain regardless.

Ultimately, if you've not had the pleasure of playing this on the Cube and you have a couple of mates to enjoy this title with, then it's definitely worth the money. Better yet, wait for this one to drop ten pounds in price and pick up a bargain worth rolling home with.

If you're a monkey baller with previous experience, and need those 46 extra stages, or you're looking for a unique puzzle challenge in-between bouts of Halo 2, then it's time to get down to some business: Monkey Business.

With 300 single-player stages there is plenty of monkey rolling gameplay in store, however, we could do without the lackluster story. Despite its flaws, Super Monkey Ball Deluxe is as addictive as the likes of "Tetris" and "Lemmings" and worth a rental at the very least.

Some minor tweaks are appreciated, like having all of the minigames unlocked from the beginning, but nothing has been done to alleviate SMB's myriad frustrations.

The game's graphics are still dated despite the new background changes and themed stages. But it's no biggie -- the monkeys are still sucrosely cute, and the levels are well designed.

Super Monkey Ball Deluxe is the best version of a great game, anyone wanting to play this game (but doesn't own a Gamecube) has no excuse anymore.

Unless you love Monkey Ball more than Orangutans love Tang, you can safely pass this one up. But if you haven't played Monkey Ball before, you can't go really wrong with Deluxe.

A good deal for Xbox owners, despite its shortcomings. There's an awful lot of gameplay here, thanks to the multiple single-player modes and good selection of party games.

The 300+ stages guarantee that you'll be playing for some time, even if some are more taxing than others, and the inclusion of several mini-games in Party Mode guarantees you can get friends in on it.
