While obviously inspired by other games, Warrior Kings is an amazing experience all its own.

This is not a short game and once you've started you'll never want it to end.

One of the nicest things about Warrior Kings is the Camera control.

Players who enjoy spending three, four, or more hours on a single game mission will find a lot of enjoyment in Warrior Kings.

Definitely a title worth looking into for newcomers to the genre, since the learning curve is fairly small, while veteran RTS gamers will find quality gameplay with an emphasis on strategy.

Where the game really shines is in the tactics and strategy in the multiplayer game...The main problem with that is that it's hard to find a game.

It combines a bit of the medieval with fantasy, and technology with history. The combination works quite well, and the game ­ with a few setbacks ­ is not only challenging but also enjoyable.

Every time I started to have fun, the interface would bug me or the game would crash, or I’d run into a mission with 500+ units on the map, and the game would run in slow motion.

Since there's no skirmish option available for playing the core strategic game against the computer, the game's appeal is a lot more limited than it might have been.

A good game for the patient strategy gamer who doesn't mind tripping over the occasional rough bit, and who thinks that "Starcraft" is really an action game.

In some missions the dreadful AI causes enemy units to simply refuse fighting - basically, they'll just be sitting and waiting for your archers to kick their butt. Now, that's really sad.

An ambitious game that falls a bit short on execution, Warrior Kings is not suited to casual gamers but RTS veterans may find it intriguing.

It doesn’t have the playability to make it essential in today’s gaming market. With so many titles competing for the time and money of gamers, it is simply not up to par.

It's shameful the game was released in this state, especially since it has so much potential – and such massive, involved battles.

If only the bugs weren't as deep as its design.

Contains several interesting elements from the RTS genre, but gets bogged down by graphical issues, a weak AI, and a lack of gameplay features that come standard in other products.
