Packed full of collectibles, replay value, instantly accessible fun and oozing with charm and character, there really isn't a better candidate for a PS Vita title that everyone must own.

It's a cute, easy-to-play, innovative brawler presented with humor and a well-developed sense of fun. It's even more fun played through with a partner or two, and though the vs. multiplayer isn't to my taste, I'm sure many gamers will like it.

Great value for money, solid multiplayer content and addictive gameplay.

This game is clearly supposed to be played with friends and in those circumstances, it can be hugely enjoyable.

When Viking's Attack is a fun little game, ideally played in short sessions. It looks and plays fine, with cross-platform options (if you buy the PS3 or the Vita version, you get the other one as well) available to extend playability. Not the most impressive title ever, but definitely good for a couple of laughs.

Delightfully British in its humour and style, When Vikings Attack is one of the best surprises recently appeared on PSN, offering a cheerful and frantic multiplayer experience based on simple but clever game mechanics.

When Vikings Attack is a great cross play-title for both the PS3 and the Vita. The structure may be simple and the campaign is a bit repetitive, but the brilliant multiplayer compensates more than enough for this.

Regardless of the questionable depth, and maybe slightly high price, you'd have to have a heart of stone to regret time spent with When Vikings Attack. It might be a bit repetitive, but it continues to be fun to biff cars and bombs about, all while listening to the humorous banter between your lot and everyone else.

When Vikings Attack! is a funny videogame. Sometimes chaos will overwhelm the player, but this game is recommended to action lovers.

When you consider the cross platform abilities, low price tag and just the enjoyably ridiculous nature of the game, I think it's safe to say Clever Beans did a great job for their first game out of the gate.

When Vikings Attack! takes place in England in the groovy seventies (actually anything from the sixties until the nineties could be considered "groovy") where peaceful life is brutally interrupted by wild cartoon vikings. As if there is any other kind.

This arcade title has much potential, but it's only grounded in the multiplayer modes which are fun. On the single-player side it lacks variety and a background story.

Pointless violence is fun and this viking showdown is good for some old-fashioned arcade smashing especially in multiplayer mode. It's an debut to old Amiga games. Back then all you needed was a joystick with two buttons.

A simple, fun and perfectly executed idea, both visually and when it comes to the gameplay. It's surprising how something that simple can be that fun, but it ends up becoming repetitive. It can last way longer if we stick to the multiplayer modes, though.

A cheekily entertaining download that turns an extremely simple idea into a disarmingly nuanced, and effortlessly charming, multiplayer battler.

Vikings attacking Englishmen, women and children who fight back against them throwing everything they can find along the levels, just like their enemies. Straight, simple and fun are the keywords for this When Vikings Attack alongside with Cross-Buy, Cross-Save and Cross-Play, a nice title for PlayStation 3 and PS Vita with a really short 2 hours Campaign Mode, but that really makes the most of it in its multiplayer mode.

With more room for Chuckle Brothers impersonators than Nolan North when it comes to the voice work, When Vikings Attack is weird and personable and surprisingly hard to dislike. Cushty!

When Vikings Attack has tons of fun moments, and comes recommended if you're willing to meet it on its own terms.
