It is not an indispensable addition to any wresting fan’s library, but it does give hope that next year we will get not just an adequate game, not even a good one, but one truly great.

With a sixth game in series from the same creator, one would expect leaps and bounds of improvements during the course of several years. Sadly, we are still waiting for a great wrestling game to hit our gaming systems. WWE 2K19 offers a lot of things, but most of them are just old stuff with minor improvements or returning additions due to fans outcry.

Even though there's a plethora of wrestlers, modes and features, WWE still utilizes a stiff control scheme that it’s just not working for us.
