Newegg x Asus offers a combo deal that includes a RTX 4090, a motherboard, a power supply, and a case.
Nvidia's RTX 4090 was always priced ridiculously because of crypto-crazes and export restrictions. It's also the most powerful gaming graphics card by a long shot. Stocks are so low that finding one at a reasonable price is difficult.
If you absolutely must own an RTX 4090, then you have two options: (1) spend a lot of money on a new RTX 4090 gaming PC Black Friday deal, or (2) purchase one of Newegg’s RTX 4090 combination deals.
Here's the list of what you'll get if you choose one of the cheapest packages:

You won't likely need the case and motherboard unless you're building a brand new RTX gaming rig. You could give them as Christmas presents or sell them to recoup some of the cost of purchasing the 4090.
I would keep the PSU, and even though it is not a high-end power supply (it is only Gold-rated in terms of efficiency, for instance), the fact that it is 1000 W is ideal to ensure that the 4090 has enough energy. It's more than you need, but it's useful to keep power excursions (aka power surges) under control.

You can do much worse if you decide to keep the motherboard. It's a LGA1700 socket board so it will take any Intel Core processor from the 12th, 13th or 14th generation. On the rear IO panel, you'll find a total five PCIe sockets, four M.2 SSD sockets, and eight USB port. Not bad but not great.
The Asus mid tower chassis is the least appealing part of this deal. I don't like the looks (especially the bizarre strap across the front), but I can see how it would appeal to PC gamers. It comes with four ARGB120 mm fans, but there is no space for an AIO liquid cooling radiator to be mounted on top.
It's been difficult to find the same model RTX-4090 and the cheapest price I could find was $2,447. It's a third-party deal. It could be a great deal, but the fact that Newegg's combo is cheaper means it's not worth it.
At the moment, there is no RTX graphics card available for a lower price than the combo. That's for certain. Newegg has another, more cynical RTX bundle. It includes a Gigabyte RTX 2090 and a Gigabyte RTX 3160 for $2,160...
It's probably to get rid of old stock that no one wants.
Some people might think that buying an RTX 4090 isn't a great idea, since it's expected that Nvidia's RTX 50 series will be announced at CES in January 2025. Even if RTX 5090 is available within a week of its launch, you can bet that it will be extremely expensive and the initial stocks will sell out quickly.
If you've been saving all year long and want to get the best gaming graphics card, this is the best way.
