Reddit is down

Reddit has gone down. The cause of the outage is still unknown, but the authorities are "investigating" the problem.

Reddit is currently refusing to accept any attempts to connect. The text that appears says "upstream error or disconnect/reset headers." reset reason: Connection failure."

DownDetector can also be used to identify the problem.

The Reddit Status account confirmed the outage on Twitter.
