A Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, player, equipped with a spy camera and a rare understanding of how to play the objective actually managed to reach Prestige without killing a single person

One player has once again proven that you can level-up in Call of Duty however you want as long as you are patient and determined. Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, player Pilgore1, revealed that after 19.5 hours and 111 games with a W/L ratio of 1.92, they managed to reach Prestige 1 in the game without getting a kill.

"Pacifism is a strategy that will never go out of style," Pilgore1 wrote in a Reddit thread. It may not seem difficult to achieve a level of 55 in Black Ops 6 Multiplayer without getting a single kill. Many of my teammates could probably do this. But the real achievement is achieving that level and winning matches even though you have no kills.

"It was risky in the beginning (previous games), but I got lucky a couple of times," Pilgore1 told IGN in an interview. "I would throw a Decoy and it would hit someone sometimes. It hasn't (yet) resulted in a kill. After 51 Prestiges, I'm much more careful. Spy Cams have replaced Decoys in this game so I'm not worried about it.

While it's clear that there is a lot of skills involved in achieving a W/L ratio of 1.92 without killing a single player, Pilgore1 admits that some game modes can be easier than others. Hardpoint and Domination can be won without any kills, as they are objective-based game modes. As long as you play the objective, it is possible to be successful. Team Deathmatch and Kill Confirmed, on the other hand are harder to win because they are more K/D-focused. I'll admit that you can probably be successful in Kill Confirmed if you just pick up the dog tags that other players leave lying around.

Perks is a good example. Pilgore1 says that he uses Flak Jacket to trigger Strategist. He also uses Gearhead and Dispatcher, along with the Tactical Expert Wildcard, which gives him a tactical piece of equipment: "Four spy cams can get you UAV/CUAV all by themselves."

Pilgore1 revealed that even though it takes a lot more effort, it's still not too difficult. "I always get at least 7,000 points per match," Pilgore1 revealed. "My tactics haven’t changed much over the years. I've tried different loadouts but the core gameplay has remained the same. "This is a much better way to earn XP than you think."

It's impressive, but it's not the first time someone has tried to do a pacifist playthrough in a Call of Duty. YouTuber ThatFriendlyGuy followed the path of pacifism while playing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2022). ThatFriendlyGuy, like Pilgore1, was able to reach the maximum level of Modern Warfare 2 through supporting teammates and playing the objectives. If only my teammates were as dedicated to peace.
