Deceive Inc., an extraction shooter, forgoes the usual gritty shooting themes in favor of spies and gadgets. It also features colourful locations. Russel Adderson, in our review, described it as a "creative blend of sneaking with shooting that will keep squads coming back to play more." It's worth a try, and there's nothing stopping you from trying it, since it's free on the Epic Games Store.

It's an extraction shooter with some unique twists. Each playable spy comes with their own skills and weapons, and there are a variety of gadgets from obvious things like turrets to inflatable mats. Deceive Inc. has a unique twist in its disguise system. You can pretend to be an NPC to get the upper hand on your enemies and to gain access to otherwise inaccessible areas of the map.

It's a game that is as sneaky and shooty as it gets, with a pleasing presentation and satisfying depth. The devs are also supporting it well, since its release in March 2023. A major update on November 1 aims to "shake up" the meta while adding a map and two gadgets.
