" data-widget-type="deal" data-render-type="editorial">You know, I'm not asking for much. I'm happy with my PC gaming and the rigs that I have. If a genie appeared and gave me a new gaming monitor, there are only a few things I would ask for: 32-inch size, 4K resolution and a refresh rate greater than 144 Hz. Also, it should have a QD/OLED panel to get the best HDR experience.
This is the monitor I would buy if I were to spend $700 on an expensive new gaming monitor.
MSI's screen division is the best in the industry. Its laptops are particularly variable, but its gaming monitors are top-notch. This MAG 321UP display is as close as I can get to my ideal display at the moment, and it's all thanks to the panel that it uses.

It's the perfect size for my old tired eyes, measuring 32 inches and featuring a 4K resolution (3840 x 2160) with a refresh rate 165 Hz. It's a 32-inch screen with a pixel densities of 138 PPI. This is the perfect size for my tired old eyes.
It would be nice to have a higher rate of refresh, but the benefits diminish above 144 Hz. So, for me, it doesn't matter that this one has 'only' an 'only' 165Hz.
It's a QD OLED panel (quantum dots OLED), so you get ultra-low latency and bright, vivid colors. You also get the benefits that all OLED displays have: true blacks and an incredible contrast ratio.
OLEDs don't have the brightest screens so they aren't ideal for bright office rooms. However, in a gaming room, they are a dream. HDR mode is available in all games that support it. The level of immersion will be incredible. The panel also has a glossy finish, which is perfect for reducing reflections.
The MAG 321UP features a fully adjustable stand, including height, tilt and swivel, as well as a variety of inputs, including two HDMI 2.1 inputs, one DisplayPort 1.4a input, and one USB Type C input.
I couldn't ask for anything more in a gaming monitor. A $50 price tag would have been nice, but that is just silly. All this tech shouldn't be so cheap, and at $700 this MSI MAG 321UP is a great deal.
