The Steam Autumn Sale is the perfect excuse to play all the new and old Fallout games that we never have time to play.

I'm not certain if this year’s Steam Autumn Sale is better than normal or if I’m just desperate to feel like something by cashing out on deals. I've been able to add a lot of games to my library thanks Bethesda sales. This should keep me busy for the next few months.

I've added some old Fallout titles to my Steam library that I never had the chance to play but always wanted to. Fallout 4 is currently 60% off and is only $8 (PS6.39). Fallout 3 Game of the Year edition is 67% off and is $6.59 (PS5.27). Fallout New Vegas has a 50% discount at $5 (PS4.49). Fallout 76, one of the more recent games is currently on sale for 75% off at $10 (PS8.74). The majority of Fallout 3's and Fallout New Vegas DLCs, as well as a few Fallout 4 DLCs such Far Harbor and Nuka World are on sale.

These discounts are substantial, but they are not the lowest we've seen. These games were heavily discounted a few years back, around 2021. However, with the amount of hype surrounding the franchise this year it's not surprising that we aren't seeing the same deals. I wouldn't expect to see lower prices for Fallout games any time soon.

I have really enjoyed all of the Fallout content that has been released in the last year. The Amazon Fallout series was much better than I expected and made me excited for a new season. Fallout 76 is having a great run. The Skyline Valley update has added a new area to explore and the upcoming Gleaming Depths Raid and Ghoul updates look great.

This is a great opportunity to check out older games that you may have never played before. It seems like there is never enough time to play or restart older games, especially with the hectic release schedule each year. Sales like this are a great reminder that you can get some classic games for less than five dollars, instead of spending ridiculous amounts on the latest games which often don't live up to their hype.
